My Story
My name is Chase Parker, and I’ve been passionate about filmmaking for as long as I can remember. What began as weekend YouTube movies with friends and an old Samsung camcorder grew into a lifelong pursuit of storytelling through light, color, and emotion.
At thirteen, I discovered the art of editing and spent years teaching myself through tutorials and experimentation — constantly refining my eye for rhythm, tone, and cinematic composition. That self-driven learning built the foundation for the filmmaker I am today: equal parts creative and technical, always striving to tell stories that feel as good as they look.
After studying Film Studies and Film Production at Santa Barbara City College, I developed a deeper understanding of narrative, cinematography, and the emotional language of visual storytelling.
Today, I work as a Cinematographer, Colorist, and Editor, helping creators, brands, and storytellers bring their visions to life through cohesive, mood-driven imagery. My goal with every project is simple — to create visuals that resonate, immerse, and leave a lasting impression.
